Brand New Hotel with excellent service and rooms! The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were plush! The customer service at 3am in the morning was just as professional and friendly as check in. Great job!
It was a good value for the money. The room could have used a little more insulation. We could hear the people above and next door. However, it was fine for a medium priced motel. It's probably as good as you're going to do in Coffeyville, Kansas. No real complaints.
The rooms were nice,comfortable beds. The staff were lovely. The shower was a nightmare,worst ive ever experienced. The shower head was so high you couldnt reach it to direct the water flow which was kind of a non issue really because the water pressure was like standing there while someone uses a squirt gun to get your hair wet,it was awful. The only other tging was the cable. We hardly ever had a solid signal so we just kept getting a "server not available" message. The breakfast was fantastic and the facility was very clean .
Nice hotel. Staff has always been helpful. Only once had an issue with being told one price and then getting a receipt for a higher rate. The manager did relunctely fixed it. I think the error was tthat hey weren't offering the normal work discount thay i always get that weekend due to something going on in the town and the lady that checked me in wasnt aware of that.
I stay here for business when in the area. It is by far the best hotel in the surrounding area. I sometimes will travel a little more to stay here, while I could find a place in a nearby town, closer to where I'd be the following day. The hotel is always super clean. The staff is exceptional. The young lady who is usually at the front desk in the evening, Cara, is the best hotel staff I've come across in my years of traveling for business. From the first time I stayed there, she went out of her way to welcome me. She remembered me the second time. She always does something special for me when I check in. I assume she welcomes each guest in a similar way. Once she wasn't there, and she called me a few days later to make sure the front desk clerk who checked me in took care of me.
