I recommend it. While you're there, take in the nearby museum and explore the small historic area including a hardware store still operating in it's original setting for over a hundred years.
Delicious. Salad cold and fresh. Monterey chicken was tasty and hot. Steak fries were perfect. I sat at bar and service was fast and friendly. My new Coffeyville favorite.
I like Lannings Restaurant. One of the few places left in the once bustling downtown Coffeyville business district. Located in the area of the old bank famous for the Dalton gang's last stand. If you're unfamiliar with the area, there's a historic walk tracing the getaway path, the shooting, and even an annual reenactment of the event.
friendly service and delicious food. chicken fried steak was yummy and fried okra was tasty and not greasy. son got broccoli and it was phenomenal!! thank you!!
The best food I’ve had in coffeyville they where supper busy when I stopped but service was still great and the food was awesome!
Prices are reasonable and they keep things festive for the events of the season. This time we were met at the door by a wrapped mummy for Halloween. The locals seem to like it although some nights are busier than others. Most of Coffeyville's businesses have relocated to hwy 166 which has become the main drag through town, but Lannings is certainly worth a trip off the beaten path.
Food is good, but the service is slow. Been here three times and haven't been in and out in under 2 hours yet. Even when there was only three full tables in the building.
I've never had a bad meal at Lannings and the service has always been good. My food however was cold this time out and could have been a whole lot warmer. They have a nice menu selection including alcoholic beverages if you so desire. They serve some of the best fried pickles I've found and various desserts to choose from. I like their chicken fried chicken probably better than anything else.
