I was traveling through with my wife and 2-year old son from Kansas City to Tulsa. When we got to Coffeyville, we found out that one of our tires was flat due to a broken stem valve. A gas station attendant sent us in the direction of Coffeyville Tire and Auto and a few other tire stores on the same stretch of Hwy. 169. When we arrived at Coffeyville Tire and Auto it was 5:45pm on a Friday evening. I went inside to ask for some help. Mark, was sitting at his desk with his family, waiting to go to the races. The shop had closed at 5pm. When I was unable to reach any other shops, Mark graciously offered to help me out. He had the stem valve changed in about 5 minutes and didn't even charge us. He was truly an answer to prayer and will not soon be forgotten.
