Long wait for service. I've waited for a long time for my car to get worked on. Been second in line for a year. When I ask him a mechanical question, he says he'll call me back and never did. My family and friends like going to this place for service.
Joe told me to bring my truck in for the alignment at 9 and he got to it by noon. When I went to pick it up, I was very happy that he didn't talk down to me or treat me as if I didn't know anything mechanical. He never tried to BS me, which is appreciated because most auto shops, parts centers and mechanics talk down to women or ignore us all together. (which really ticks me off being a prior Aircraft Mechanic!) He told me about everything he checked and it was a very fair price. I will be taking my car to get work done soon. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure.

Was initially told repairs would take approximately 3 weeks (including wait time for them to get started on my vehicle). After we dropped the vehicle off, we could never get anyone to answer the phone to inquire about progress, so had to drive into town mid day each time I wanted to talk to anyone. Took 8 weeks to get the vehicle back and the costs were $500 more than the amount quoted. After 8 weeks of waiting, they called me on a Friday at 5:15pm and said it was ready, but since it was already after closing time, no one would be available to give me the keys until the following Tuesday. Giving 2 stars instead of 1, only because the quality odd the work seems to be good. But, the customer service and communication were severely lacking!
